ABSTRACT
The main threats to human health and agriculture from heavy metals are associated with exposure chromium, lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic. Among the metals, Chromium is one of most lethal because its toxicity hazardous nature. It affects biological activities in soil metabolism animals, plants, health. various forms trivalent Cr (III) hexavalent (VI) more stable higher concentration may affect many biochemical physiological processes consequently inhibits plant growth. Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) involved regulation seed germination, promotion, metabolic rate, other plants. PGPR reduce toxic effects on through reducing (III). Many recent reports describe application metal resistant-PGPRs enhance agricultural yields without accumulation tissues. This review provides information about mechanisms possessed by that ameliorate stress plants decrease these plant, finally gives some perspectives for research bacteria future.
