ABSTRACT
Small cell carcinoma (SCC) is an aggressive histologic subtype of neuroendocrine tumor and most commonly bronchogenic origin. However, it can present in extrapulmonary fashion. Primary small (EPSCC) a rare disease entity, especially within the genitourinary system furthermore adrenal gland. There are scarce case reports that describe management primary SCC. We localized SCC diagnosed on mass biopsy successfully treated via neoadjuvant chemotherapy extirpative surgery.
