ABSTRACT
We present the case of a 12-year-old girl with vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) solitary kidney treated using modified hydrodistention implantation technique. A needle was set parallel to ureteral guidewire inserted through orifice before performing injections correct VUR. Multi-site tandem were administered along wire, which confirmed direction and length tunnel. The mounds aligned without kinking. reduced volume dextranomer-hyaluronic acid copolymer (Deflux®) required construct an effective anti-reflux voiding cystourethrogram VUR resolution. This technique avoided complications associated kidney.
