ABSTRACT
China, the largest pomelo producer, has many famous varieties. However, there been limited research on comparative of chemical compositions and antioxidant activities among different varieties from China. In work, five one grapefruit variety China were studied by investigating their composition activity. Volatiles in dichloromethane extract peels measured using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry.
