ABSTRACT
Two new -biotics concepts, such as paraprobiotics and postbiotics were introduced, with beneficial effects beyond the viability of probiotic. In this study, effect individual (thermal, ohmic heating, high pressure, ultrasound) combined (ohmic, pressure ultrasound in combination heating) treatments on inactivation kinetics Lactiplantibacillus plantarum was investigated. Different rates obtained, up to 8.18 after 10 min at 90°C, 2.07 15 a voltage gradient 20 V/cm, 6.62 600 MPa 3.6 treatment for 100% amplitude. The experimental data fitted Weibullian model proposed by Peleg, allowing estimate rate coefficient (b) shape curves (n). At lower concentration, samples showed both cytocompatibility antiproliferative effect, stimulating cell proliferation murine fibroblast human colorectal adenocarcinoma lines.
