ABSTRACT
Casein and α-lactalbumin (α-LA) are the main allergens in cow's milk, which can affect skin, respiratory system, gastrointestinal tract, even cause anaphylactic shock. Developing a rapid sensitive detection method of casein α-LA is still pursued. Herein, surface-enhanced Raman scattering based lateral flow assay (SERS-LFA) for highly milk food was established effectively preventing allergic symptoms. [email protected] nanoparticles ([email NPs) were synthesized as SERS active substrate to prepare antibody-modified Probe SERS-LFA strips toward assembled according sandwich mode. The results calculated colorimetric signal. introduction SRES signal significantly increased sensitivity with limit (LOD) 0.19 ng/mL 1.74 pg/mL, exhibited an excellent linear relationship within range 0.55–791.50 0.1 pg/mL–100.0 α-LA, respectively. Furthermore, specific recovery rates corresponding 80.36 %–105.12 % 85.73 %–118.22 Therefore, could be great potential develop unique allergen method.
