ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to explore the lipid-lowering effect naringenin and underlying mechanism in high-fat-diet-fed SD rats 3T3-L1 cells. In study, were divided into normal chow diet group (NCD), high fat (HFD), three treatment groups feeding high-fat with (100, 200, 400 mg/kg) for 12 weeks. Results indicated that decreased total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) non-high-density lipoprotein (non-HDL-C) levels serum. Naringenin also alleviated hepatic steatosis reduced adipocyte size epididymis high-fat-diet-induced rats. addition, (25−75 µg/mL) decrease TG TC 3T3 mature adipocytes. molecular obesity predicted by using network pharmacology. Real-time PCR analysis results showed regulated expression lipid metabolism genes. Meanwhile, increased AMPK (AMP-activated protein kinase) activity phosphorylated And inhibitory on accumulation adipocytes abolished Compound C. Molecular docking could bind protein. These through pathway.
