ABSTRACT
In previous studies, excellent results have been achieved by installing Soft X-ray and UV diamond photodetectors at JET FTU, suggesting the great potential of such devices for fusion plasma diagnostics. The main limitation in applying thin CVD detectors to tomography systems was failure detect photons with energy higher than 3 keV. this work, we present investigation detection capabilities two additional detector layouts: LAT prototype, optimized 10 keV, IEC detector, monitoring fast events lower range. Tests conducted NIXT laboratory DPP source, ENEA Frascati Research centre facilities. allow design a diamond-based system future DTT device that includes all three configurations an efficient radiation emitted from hot core way down edge, as well fastest phenomena associated pellet injection ELMs.
