ABSTRACT
As the most prevalent and reversible internal epigenetic modification in eukaryotic mRNAs, N6-methyladenosine (m6A) post-transcriptionally regulates processing metabolism of mRNAs involved diverse biological processes. m6A is regulated by writers, erasers, readers. Emerging evidence suggests that plays essential roles modulating cell fate transition embryonic stem cells. Mechanistic investigation maintenance differentiation critical for understanding early development, which also premise application cells regenerative medicine. This review highlights current knowledge its regulatory contribution to mouse human
