ABSTRACT
Aiming at reducing the difficulty of cooling interior high-density motors, this study proposed placement a water cold plate structure between axial laminations motor stator. The effect flow, thickness plate, and loss density on were studied. To compare performance outer spiral jacket structures, high-speed permanent magnet with high was used to establish two models structures. Consequently, effects analyzed using finite element method under same density, coolant main dimensions. results as follows. (1) maximum average temperatures reduced by 25.5% 30.5%, respectively, compared that motor; .(2) Compared structure, can reduce overall mass volume motor. Considering 100 kW an example, system designed, temperature distribution is analyzed, result indicating satisfied requirements
