ABSTRACT
This study focuses on synthesis of polyaniline composites and application as electrode material in the fabrication hybrid supercapacitors. Hybrid supercapacitors were fabricated using aluminum foil current collector, conductive Polyaniline (PANI) materials. Cobalt oxide (Co2O3), ammonium peroxydisulfate (APS) used along with PANI preparation electrodes supercapacitor. its various cathode activated carbon anode (positive electrodes) asymmetric Electrochemical performance has been evaluated basis capacitive properties (i.e. capacitance, energy density power density). Area supercapacitor, applied voltage for charging composition materials have optimized this study. The optimum area supercapacitor was found 30 cm2 at 5 V. result showed that Al collector provided highest capacitance 249 F/g, Energy 31 Wh/kg Power 18 W/kg. Among (Ni-PANI, Cu-PANI, CNF-PANI) synthesized study, Ni-PANI composite 336 42 Wh/kg, indicates high potential
