ABSTRACT
The worldwide mortality rate of gastric cancer remains high. Immunoglobulin-like domain containing receptor 1 (ILDR1) belongs to an evolutionarily conserved protein family, and little is known about this gene in cancer. In paper, we analyzed the expression ILDR1 its relationship with clinical outcomes using publicly available databases. ONCOMINE, GEPIA2, UALCAN, Kaplan-Meier Plotter, cBioPortal, GeneMANIA LinkedOmics databases were used analyze expression, prognostic values, mutations functional networks We observed that was overexpressed than normal tissues. significantly higher patients controls during subgroup analysis based on stage, patient's race, sex, age, tumor grade, H. pylori infection, histological subtype, nodal metastasis status.
