ABSTRACT
BackgroundUnderstanding health in daily life can vary from person to person. The concept of arises the perspective an individual's experience. People face several kinds barriers while seeking healthcare services, where rickshaw pullers are one most vulnerable groups meet their basic needs. This study aimed investigate Bangladeshi rural pullers' perception regarding and what obstacles they services.MethodsThis followed a qualitative approach conducted in-depth interviews involving 20 Bangladesh 4th 15th December 2020. Participants were selected through purposive snowball sampling techniques. verbatim transcription was performed, thematic analysis done manual coding NVivo version 12.ResultsAccording study's findings, participants' mainly based on physical, nutritional, social points view. financial hardship convey medical costs, long waiting time receiving class inequality, low trustworthiness diagnostic mastery broker hospital setting acknowledged as prevailing services.ConclusionSeveral perceptions existed among pullers. They faced different those made them hopeless worried about getting quality services. Concerned authorities, including government private organizations, should take effective strategies ensure that services available, reliable, affordable.
