ABSTRACT
ObjectiveTo explore the effectiveness, feasibility, and training effect of a highly simulated adaptable laparoscopic system in advanced integrated two-stage simulation course for surgical residents.MethodsThis study prospectively took residents who received our hospital from December 2019 to 2021 as research objects. In stage one course, trainees are randomly distributed into dry group Darwin group. The subjective assessment results two groups collected by questionnaires, evaluated unified, objective, standardized form. pre-course post-course questionnaires were used evaluate feasibility effectiveness course.ResultsA total 62 completed courses. trainer (N = 19) 43). questionnaire showed that compared with simulator group, students had higher scores (P < 0.05). objective 3 modules "One Track Transfer", Tunnel Pass" "High Low Pillars" significantly better than those before after course. evaluation, "basic theoretical knowledge laparoscopy", skills "laparoscopic suture technique" "camera-holding improved 0.05).ConclusionThe is effective feasible residents.
