ABSTRACT
HEV (Hepatitis E virus) is an infectious disease transmitted between humans and animals, which poses a severe threat to the biological safety property throughout world. The especially in patients with potential liver cirrhosis women during pregnancy. There no specific thorough treatment at present. development of hepatitis virus vaccine vital prevention viral worldwide. Since cannot grow adequately vitro, developed by devitalized particles does not work. Exploration HEV-like structures essential for functional vaccines against infection. ORF2 encodes structural proteins HEV, some can automatically assemble into virus-like (VLP) this experiment, recombinant capsid protein p27 was expressed E. coli VLP formed used immunize mice. results showed that P27 had similar particle size HEV; immune dose produced positively correlated effect. Compared other genetic engineering subunit vaccines, has better application prospect.
