ABSTRACT
The legal status of marine fishery resources is analyzed from a spatial perspective: States have the right for their nationals to engage in fishing activities corresponding maritime areas based on sovereignty, sovereign rights, principle freedom high seas as well common heritage mankind Area under 1982 United Nations Convention Law Sea (UNCLOS). Meanwhile, two aspects terms contents: regime exploitation and utilization conservation management resources. transformation natural individual catches involves ownership. There no specific ownership regarding UNCLOS or other international instruments, which should be stipulated by domestic laws.
