ABSTRACT
Strawberry is a typical spring fruit, for which consumer demand particularly high; however, information scarce on the comparison of quality traits strawberries local and imported origin during household refrigeration storage. That why we sought to answer question what extent changes 5 days The choice methods was focused fast at same time informative analytical methods: pH, total antioxidant capacity, lipid oxidation. Furthermore, non-invasive imaging technique: ultra-weak bioluminescence measurement carried out along with determination fruit morphological (weight, height, width, color) (antioxidant capacity oxidation) traits. data indicate that longer are cultivated in plantation, smaller their weight lower become. In addition, results cast light controversial fact: despite fact sample from store had finest appearance, as determined, its lowest duration home storage, indicating nutritional value. This validated by oxidation levels, were defined amount malondialdehyde well rate bioluminescence. research underlines exceptional value fruits over importand provides valuable customers, encouraging them purchase farms order not only support economy but also adopt more health-conscious attitude. In testing offers method assessing quality.
