ABSTRACT
The usage of additive manufacturing techniques has increased dramatically in recent years. Fabricated parts are no longer simple prototypes, but rather structural components whose mechanical characteristics must be understood before printing. One the weaknesses 3D printing is high variability dimensional, geometric, and properties, which due to combination various parameters, including number walls, roofs, floors, filling patterns, layer thickness. This study aims predict properties onyx printed as a function walls solid pattern through an analytical approach based on rule mixtures numerical finite element simulation. influence was characterised by uniaxial tensile tests. results show that have significant impact final parts. found higher greater allowed us with good accuracy, prediction errors observed ranging from 1% 10% depending simulation using elements carried out obtained testing, enabling comparison between experimental test mixtures. consistent physical test.
