ABSTRACT
Acute kidney injury (AKI) is one of the most common clinical emergencies characterized by rapid progression, difficulty in early diagnosis, and high mortality. Currently, there are no effective AKI diagnostic methods treatments. Therefore, identifying new mechanisms have become urgent for development targets diagnosis treatment current setting.In this study, systematic analysis comparison serum metabolic profiles patients, chronic disease (CKD) healthy subjects were performed using untargeted metabolomics. Moreover, first spatial metabolomic tissues an mouse model MALDI-TOF MS technology was conducted. Differentially expressed metabolites identified a comprehensive, publicly available database.
