ABSTRACT
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a highly prevalent malignancy and the third highest contributor to cancer-associated deaths globally. Research has increasingly demonstrated strong correlation between long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) incidence progression of HCC. Nonetheless, exact mechanism whereby function lncRNAs in HCC not been elucidated. This study explored pathological role LINC00294 HCC, as well modulatory involved. Based on "The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA)" database validation cell lines tissues, expression was discovered be upregulated tissues correlated with tumor grade prognosis patients Functionally, stimulated proliferation cells Warburg effect (aerobic glycolysis) enhance vivo. Mechanistically, METTL3/YTHDC1-mediated N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification underwent significant enrichment within shown its RNA stability. Moreover, promoted interaction YTHDC1 HK2 GLUT1 mRNA. Overall, our illustrates m6A modification-mediated epigenetic regulatory HK2and mRNA indicate potential biomarker panel for prognostic prediction treatment
