ABSTRACT
The correlation between FOXM1 and KIF20A has not been revealed in clear cell renal carcinoma (ccRCC).Public data was downloaded from Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. R software utilized for the execution of bioinformatic analysis. expression levels specific molecules (mRNA protein) were detected using real-time quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR) Western blot assays. capacity growth assessed by employing CCK8 colony formation assay. Cell invasion migration ability transwell assay. In our study, we illustrated association KIF20A. Our results indicated that both associated with poor prognosis clinical performance. malignant characteristics ccRCC cells can be significantly suppressed inhibiting KIF20A, as demonstrated vitro experiments. Moreover, found upregulate Then, EMT signaling identified underlying pathway are involved. WB FOXM1/KIF20A axis activate signaling. noticed affect immunotherapy response immune microenvironment patients. Our role progression immunotherapy, making it target ccRCC.
