ABSTRACT
IntroductionFever is one of the postoperative complications endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) and its derivative technology. However, there are few studies on risk factors for fever after ESD The aim this study was to determine incidence related technology gastric lesions.Materials methodsA retrospective review patients with lesions who were treated by in our hospital from January 2014 2019 conducted.ResultsA total 1955 included present study. A 451 (23.1 %) presented derived techniques. highest temperature 37.6 ± 3.12 °C, number days 1.48 0.85. Through single factor multiple analysis, age (OR: 1.261, 95% CI: 1.009–1.576, p < 0.05), procedure time 1.457, 1.053–2.016, tube placement 2.098, 1:616–2.723, intraoperative hemorrhage 1.537, 1.196–1.974, 0.05) perforation 1.970, 1.531–2.535, independent fever.ConclusionAge ≥56 years old, ≥60 min, placement, Attention should be given such minimize fever.
