ABSTRACT
A crucial industry for improving society's sustainable development is the power sector. To address issues with ineffectiveness of electric emergency response during emergencies and unclear division duty among subjects. prefecture-level city supply company to respond "In-Fa" typhoon, example, build a "1 + N" two-level rapid unit. Furthermore, it proposed from response, coordination, material reserves, etc., "full-chain" type quick reaction system. Case studies have revealed that system's combat capability, catastrophe preventive mitigation security capability all improved.
