ABSTRACT
C.A. Meyer originates from old-growth forest environments, where the light intensity and spectrum reaching bed are influenced by canopy humidity. In farmlands, suitable for cultivation is achieved controlling transmission rate using shading nets, while quality regulated a cover of yellow or blue transparent film. Such films have distinct that produced forests. Herein, large composite film was developed alternating small pieces An orthogonal array used to evaluate influence area (STFA), (YTF) number, (BTF) number on associated changes in ginseng range fluorescence-, photosynthesis-, morphology-, crop quality-related factors. Our results showed primarily STFA, which caused an overall decrease, ratio affected YTF increased proportion red decreased light, with corresponding different growth parameters. Based these observations, improved combination (YBCTF) following characteristics established: STFA: 15 × cm, YTF: two pieces, BTF: three pieces. The YBCTF facilitated efficient energy use plants, led increase leaf area, per photosynthetic rate, dry root weight, single ginsenoside yield. findings present relatively low-cost approach optimising environment cultivated farmland other crops large-scale agricultural settings.
