ABSTRACT
Rice bran oil is one of oryzanol source oils. Oryzanol an antioxidant compound that related to the absorption cholesterol, and used in hyperlipidemia treatment menopause problems. RBO extraction, purification its γ-oryzanol content have been carefully reviewed. The quality concentration depend on extraction process purification. In selecting method obtain highest content, addition comparing obtained it can also be done by kinetics parameters. Modeling according physical or empirical contribute increasing result extraction.
