ABSTRACT
This study develops a hybrid model to investigate the factors affecting transnational e-commerce supply chain resilience (TNSCRE) by integrating Entropy Weight Method (EWM), Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). The identifies 36 critical categorized under adaptability, efficiency, evolution, five criteria are used rank these factors. EWM is calculate relative weights of criteria, SAW method based on their weighted scores. ISM then evaluate interrelationships among key research highlights significance several factors, such as speed disruption recovery, interactive collaboration, response time disruption. Sensitivity analysis was performed assess robustness findings. Finally, SWOT conducted develop strategic action plan for addressing significant provides comprehensive understanding that impact TNSCRE from perspective multiple stakeholders. findings can help business owners improve existing achieve sustainable growth in context globalization.
