ABSTRACT
The rising prevalence of familial multiple sclerosis (MS) in Iran has spurred interest the potential impact parental consanguinity on risk developing disease. This study aims to aggregate current knowledge and its possible effect MS risk, particularly among patients from various regions ethnicities Iran. objective is enhance understanding genetics encourage further research this field.
