ABSTRACT
This article describes the design and fabrication of a 4 × MIMO antenna array intended for operation at 60 GHz. The comprises half-circular p-shaped radiator connected with microstrip line printed on Rogers 4003 substrate area 22.5 mm2 εr, thickness, tan δ 3.5, 0.203 mm, 0.0027, respectively. single is doubled to power divider obtain 1 2 gain enhancement purposes. model duplicated same achieve ports antenna. Thereafter, experimentally fabricated tested validate simulated results. measured results demonstrate antenna's GHz operating bandwidth extended from 57 63 insertion losses ≤ −30 dB between (1,2) (1,4) (the orthogonal ports), while it equals around −23 (1,3) mirrored ports) within achieved band good consistency both Also, has more than 9 dBi broadside radiation pattern in planes. Furthermore, parameters are also carried out (ECC, DG, CCL, MEG, TARC). ECC below 0.0025, DG approximately 10 dB, CCL 0.2 bits/s/Hz, MEG −3 TARC −10 over frequency band. All investigated prove diversity characteristics which supports be suitable communication.
