ABSTRACT
BackgroundLncRNA HOXB-AS3 are associated with tumor progression in several types of carcinomas, yet, its possibly biological role gallbladder carcinoma(GBC) remains unclear. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the function GBC.MethodsTo know potential carcinoma, real-time polymerase chain reaction was used detected expression carcinoma cells. The colony formation assay and cell counting kit-8 performed measured viability. Flow cytometry analyse apoptosis cycle. Cell invasion migration were determined by transwell wound-healing assay. A nude mice xenograft model vivo.ResultsThe results indicated that significantly elevated tissues lines. We siHOXB-AS3 knockdown levels HOXB-AS3. And depressed cancer viability induced apoptosis. In addition, cycle obviously arrested at G1 phase. markedly suppressed following expression. Furthermore, features cells could be reversed ERK1/2 phosphorylation agonist Ro 67–7476. Finally, we confirmed promoted growth transplanted tumors vivo.ConclusionHOXB-AS3 proliferation, activating MEK/ERK signaling pathway. contributed tumorigenesis metastasis, making it a viable therapeutic target for treatment.
