ABSTRACT
Mobile connections and applications are growing unprecedentedly with the advent increasing popularity of wireless services worldwide, which greatly increases demands on data traffic. This led to considering millimeter-wave bands ultra-dense deployment as part key enabler solutions in fifth-generation (5G) networks. However, these radically increase number handovers (HOs), thus rate unnecessary HO dropping call probabilities. In this regard, optimizing control parameters appropriately is main factor that can efficiently address issues during user mobility. paper proposes a fuzzy-coordinated self-optimizing scheme achieve seamless while users move multi-radio access The proposed resolves conflict between mobility robustness load balancing functions by utilizing fuzzy system three input parameters: signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio, cell UE speed. Simulation results show manages optimization terms ping-pong HO, radio link failure latency over different mobile speed scenarios. Moreover, reduces outage probability compared other schemes from literature.
