With the development of sport normal students in china, Some ideas to teaching and learning that view as a simple process knowledge have become outdated ineffective, therefore, In order improving quality on this author discussed some factors promoting level for students, such implementation principle, curriculum design, education policy, so on. The meaning results their implication future research are discussed.
