The purpose of this paper is to identify the barriers I4.0 technologies implementation in maintenance. Based on literature analysis twenty two are determined and classified into five main groups such as "Strategy Organization"; "Maintenance staff knowledge training"; "Resources"; "Technology infrastructure" "Security confidentiality". Experts' opinions were taken finalize identified barriers. data for study collected from academia experts have been further analyzed. results show that only nine most representative ones.
