ABSTRACT
Environmental, as well economic and social/cultural aspects of sustainability, are important when striving for sustainable production consumption food meals. However, a terminology including specific concepts within the combined area food, meals sustainability is lacking. In order to investigate how can be conceptualized together, aim this paper explore compound concept circular gastronomy discover it understood applied, its potential opportunities challenges. The data collection was conducted in two phases an explorative sequential mixed-method study comprising qualitative focus groups followed by web-based survey. results revealed complexity gastronomy, both what might included could applied.
