In 162,881 4,497 984 0.6% 21.9%. Of cases, 94% new, 89% pulmonary, 44% bacteriologically-confirmed 5% had HIV. Case rates per 100,000 in townships increased 142 during baseline (2011-2013) to 148 (2014-2016) periods. The was lower than intervention. This highlights reconsidering strategy cases.
