ABSTRACT
Prostatic utricle is a rare malformation arising from incomplete regression of the Müllerian ducts. Diagnosis easily made but management may be challenging. The minimally invasive approach has so far been considered gold standard for surgical treatment. Many endoscopic and procedures have described removal, to date only few cases robot-assisted mentioned in literature there are no reports redos. We report case giant prostatic cyst successfully treated with robotic-assisted surgery two years after an unsuccessful first attempt at laparoscopic excision. No relapse was found one year follow up.We were able excise retro-vescical structure spite adhesions caused by previous very large size diverticulum thanks high magnification 3-D visualization available robotic assisted laparoscopy.Robot laparoscopy should advantageous technique treatment utricle.
