ABSTRACT
Gastric bezoars are a rare condition associated with situations of gastric dysmotility and prior surgery, though sometimes they can present without any risk factor. We describe the first successful treatment in medical literature large bezoar outpatient setting through endoscopic fragmentation.A 76-year-old man was referred to our endoscopy clinic because dyspepsia epigastric pain. Upper GI standard endoscope revealed 10-cm-diameter phytobezoar necrotic pressure ulcer angulus. fragmentized into smaller pieces, complete dissolution complication.
