ABSTRACT
Visceral artery aneurysms at the origin of gastric and gastroepiploic are uncommon. Raptured visceral cause high mortality require urgent adequate intervention treatment.A 65-year-old woman was transferred to emergency department with sudden abdominal back pain. Radiographically, we diagnosed intra-abdominal bleeding due a ruptured aneurysm right artery. Although her vital signs were relatively stable, transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE) could not be performed thrombotic occlusion aorta, bilateral axillary arteries. She underwent an laparotomy ligation root resection aneurysm, following which she showed good recovery. Histologically, atherosclerosis organizing mural thrombus.Ruptured mortality; therefore, rapid treatment is necessary. Achieving access might difficult in some cases. In our case, had recovery.We report discuss literature review for rare case from approache by TAE. patients unstable or whom it possible obtain laparoscopic view clear operative field, should hesitate convert procedure into open one, perform laparotomy.
