Treatment comprised surgical debridement associated took only 4 healing. Although isn't part standard treatment, it has shown to be an interesting tool promoting quick healing control. The authors reported successfully actinomycosis using adjuvant faster healing, reducing therapy time, costs risks resistance, must considered alternative approach in similar cases.
