ABSTRACT
Clear cell sarcoma is a very rare malignant tumor originating from neural crest cells, the most commonly affects lower limbs but there have been few cases reported to affect trunk and para spinal area. Patients with Para variety of clinical presentations variable prognosis depending on several prognostic factors including size.A 14-year-old male patient presented paraplegia for one month duration he was diagnosed later paraspinal clear at D12-L1 level. A wide local excision made referred oncology treatment. However, came back same hospital after two months due recurrence site.Clear sarcoma, although rare, can spine present weakness, backache. It also people all age groups high metastatic rate rate.
