ABSTRACT
Inflammation and atherosclerosis (AS) are closely associated to Secreted Protein Acidic Rich in Cysteine (SPARC) its related factors. This study attempted define the role potential mechanism of SPARC factors ameliorating hyperlipidemia AS by aerobic exercise intervention. The rat model was established with a high-fat diet plus vitamin D3 intraperitoneal injection. Treadmill exercises training (5 days/week at 14 m/min for 60 min/day) 6 weeks carried out intervention method. Western blotting qRT-PCR were used analyze mRNA protein expression factors, respectively. H&E staining applied evaluate morphological changes inflammation damage. Von Kossa measure degree vascular calcification. Fluorescence immunohistochemistry detect distribution signal molecules. highly expressed co-localization smooth muscle marker α-SMC rat. And downstream NF-κB, Caspase-1, IL-1β IL-18 upregulated (P < 0.05 or P 0.01), FNDC5 downregulated model. However, slight declined body weight, delayed progression, decreased favorable morphology skeletal blood vessels have been detected Moreover, while elevated 0.01) observed after suggested that ameliorated effectively inhibiting signal, cells may contribute greatly protection AS.
