ABSTRACT
First-degree Atrioventricular (AV) block can lead to symptoms of heart failure, due AV dyssynchrony. We report a case 40-year-old male with symptomatic 2:1 intermittent first-degree who was implanted dual chamber pacemaker conduction system pacing (CSP). With conventional programming managed ventricular (MVP) and long delays, patient developed dyspnea diastolic mitral regurgitation because Hence, delay optimization done, the became asymptomatic atrial sensing 100 % pacing. This emphasizes importance in CSP for benefit.
