ABSTRACT
Recently, single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and assay for transposase-accessible chromatin using (scATAC-seq) have been developed to separately measure transcriptomes accessibility profiles at the resolution. However, few methods can reliably integrate these data perform regulatory network analysis. Here, we integrated analysis (IReNA) inference through of scRNA-seq scATAC-seq data, modularization, transcription factor enrichment, construction simplified intermodular networks. Using public datasets, showed that with is more precise identify known regulators than alone. Moreover, IReNA outperformed currently available in identifying regulators. facilitates systems-level understanding biological mechanisms https://github.com/jiang-junyao/IReNA.
