ABSTRACT
Composite structures integrated with metasurfaces and nonlinear films have emerged as alternative candidates to enhance response. The cooperative interaction between the two components is complicated. Herein, a split-ring resonator (SRR)-type metasurface was fabricated on free-standing nanocrystal diamond (NCD) film utilizing electron beam lithography, evaporation, lift-off process. terahertz (THz) radiation from SRR-NCD under normal incidence originates high-order magnetic resonance of SRR because NCD cannot produce detectable THz at this incident angle. As increasing angle, contribution gradually increases until reaching 40° angle limitation. results indicate that angular-dependent induced by interplay SRR. This study offers new approach investigate processes in composite structures.
