An improved quantum algorithm of the multislice method

ABSTRACT
The multislice method is an important algorithm for electron diffraction and image simulations in transmission microscopy (TEM). We have proposed a quantum of the based on circuit model previously. In this work, we developed improved algorithm. reconstruct phase-shifting without using multi-controlled gates, thereby significantly improve computation efficiency. also allows further gate count reduction at cost controllable error. simulated classical supercomputer analyzed result to prove feasibility correctness provide proper parameter settings through testing, allowing minimization necessary number gates while limiting relative error within 1%. This work demonstrates potential applying computing achieving advantages.
