ABSTRACT
The cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) is considered a gold standard in assessing cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) but has limited accessibility due to competency requirements and cost. Incorporating portable sensor devices into simple bedside of CRF could improve diagnostic prognostic value.
