ABSTRACT
Despite the increase in number of female physicians across most specialties within cardiology, <10% clinical cardiac electrophysiology (EP) fellows are women. This study sought to determine factors that influence fellows-in-training (FITs) pursue EP as a career choice and whether this differs by gender. The authors conducted an online multiple-choice survey through American College Cardiology assess decision FITs United States Canada cardiovascular subspecialties.
