Apathy is a behavioral executive dysfunction roughly described with loss of motivation and interest, reduced initiation social interaction, poor persistence, indifference superficial emotional reactions. Alzheimer's Disease (AD) patients apathy show higher functional deterioration. We assume that frontal lobe hypofunction apathetic AD (aAD) are more apparent than the without apathy.
