To mitigate the advance of rapid urbanization and growing percentage energy consumption in countries Latin American Caribbean region, it is necessary to transform these inhabited environments into efficient sustainable areas. Energy this region has been mainly understood as an indicator activity development, often relegating parameters efficiency, environment sustainability background. Therefore, adapt criteria transformation processes cities, considering environment, accessibility, social inclusion green economy key aspects.
