ABSTRACT
A 57-year-old woman with Xeroderma pigmentosum comes for routine follow-up and describes the appearance of a 2 cm whitish painful nodule on her left leg small hole at top (Figure 1).She has experienced itchiness stinging sensation two weeks.The patient did not report any mosquito bites.Dermoscopy evaluation revealed within initial 2).The previously received treatment seven melanomas 15 basal cell carcinomas.Considering high risk cutaneous metastasis, we requested dermatologic ultrasound 3) to aid in diagnosis.A linear hyperchoic structure positive Doppler sign was observed.Occlusion Vaseline mechanical expression resulted removal larva 4).
