ABSTRACT
Cutaneous hyperpigmentation is a widespread pathology affecting large slice of the world population. In this work, we propose treatment approach based on co-delivery 4-hexylresorcinol (HR) and ginger oil (GO), using lipid nanoparticles. specific, HR GO were encapsulated within nanostructured carriers (NLCs), produced with high-shear homogenization technique, Precirol ATO 5 as solid component. Different NLCs nanoparticles (SLNs) formulations prepared in order to evaluate any additive or synergistic effect between GO. All properly optimized basis mean size polydispersity population, determined by Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) stability studies. The rheological behavior both SLNs was evaluated through flow sweep analyses opportunely adjusted allow proper topical application. These then submitted cosmetic clinical test panel women presenting cutaneous stains. To end, CIE L*a*b* melanin index colorimetrical carried out verify efficacy treating hyperpigmentation. Hence, especially have proven be suitable for novel an adjuvant skin concerns pharmaceutical fields.
